CWC Trivia Night via Zoom

Who:  members and any guests!  

Where:  in the comfort of your own home via Zoom 

About:  Join Charlotte Woman's Club for a fun evening of laughter and useless knowledge!  The social committee (a.k.a Carrie and Lori) will be hosting trivia. 

What is at stake?  There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner with prizes and the ever-important bragging rights.  We may even have a prize for some other categories as well. 

What you will need:  

• 2 devices-  ie laptop and phone, iPad and a phone
• access on one of the devices to Zoom
• piece of paper and pen
• try to be ready to enter the Zoom call with link given when you register through the evite promptly at 6:00
• have your cocktail or mocktail ready

To add to the festivities of the evening we have named the Apple Cider Mimosa the official cocktail of trivia night.  

Recipe:  Apple Cider Mimosas 

Ingredients 

• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1 cup apple cider
• 1 (750-ml) bottle bubbly

Directions

    1.  on a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon, dip champagne flute in water to wet the rim, then dip cinnamon sugar mixture

    2.  Fill champagne flute 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.  

This recipe makes 4 mimosas - one for each round of trivia and one for the awards.
