Join us Saturday September 13th at 9:15 am at the US Whitewater Center for Slow Flow Yoga! Please bring your own mat, but no experience needed. We will be on the South Ridge in the trees starting the morning with a relaxing start to the day. Yoga will start at 9:30, but leave time to park and walk up to the pavilion.
